Plans for a six-story resort on Flagstaff Mountain in Jim Thorpe, rejected in March after a deadline passed without the developer submitting parking details, could be resubmitted as early as today, the developer said.
Tim Markley of Surreal Properties, who owns Flagstaff Ballroom and Gallo's Pub & Grill, said he probably will appear before the borough Planning Commission to discuss the plans May 20.
Markley said alterations to his original plans are minor and include a new access easement agreement with developer Jacob Arner of Awesome View Estates, who owns the neighboring 86-lot Canyon Rim Estates development. Read More.
